1. Eligibility for Return:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
• You received a defective, wrong, or damaged item

Items NOT eligible for return:

• Items worn, washed, or altered
• Items bought during a sale or clearance
• Change-of-mind purchases (unless damaged or incorrect)

2. How to Request a Return:

• Email us at support@oattex.com within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
• If approved, you’ll receive return instructions for our Bangladesh address

3. Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• If eligible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit based on your preference
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider

4. Return Shipping:

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees

5. Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges
• If you'd like a different size or item, please return the product and place a new order separately
